For almost three decades I've helped individuals, entrepreneurs, and teams cut through the noise. My job isn't to hand you a longer to-do list but to help you find the one thing that actually moves you forward.

Core Beliefs

Three beliefs that shape how I coach, teach, and lead.

We rise by lifting others.

We can't do this alone. I began helping Parent coaches because they changed my life and my relationship with my 4 kids. Thanks to their transformational coaching I now help others focus on what matters most to them so they can build the life and/or business of their dreams.

None of us can see our own blind spots.

The mind is the hardest part of any new venture to manage. That's the whole case for coaching...someone else showing you what you can't see in yourself. With support through our mindset, all our dreams can come true.

Overwhelm is the real enemy of progress.

We can have everything we want if we take inspired action, one thing at a time. That's the entire idea behind O.F.T.™: pause, choose, finish, repeat. I love helping my clients overcome overwhelm to live the life of their dreams.

Welcome, I'm Jen

My road here wasn't a straight line...and that's exactly the point:)

I never set out to become a business coach. I started out simply trying to be a better parent, and that search for answers turned into a career I never expected.

2001

Began publishing local resource guides for parents to fill a gap I couldn't find answers to myself...eventually reaching families across Canada.

2001–2017

Wrote and released 59 editions over seventeen years, working around nap times, homework and everything in between.

2017

With four teenagers of my own, I hired a Parent Coach and it changed things so much that I made it my mission to help other Parent Coaches build thriving businesses too.

Today

Working with Parent Coaches was where my coaching career began. Over time, I saw that the deeper problem wasn’t limited to one profession: capable people everywhere were overwhelmed by too many ideas, decisions, and priorities. My shift naturally progressed to coaching others through their overwhelm. I currently coach individuals, entrepreneurs, and teams of every kind through the O.F.T.™ and N.I.C.H.E.™ Methods so they can build the business and life of their dreams.

How the Method Was Born

Every client I coached had the same struggles.

  • Individuals overwhelmed by life transitions and competing responsibilities
  • Entrepreneurs overwhelmed by ideas, marketing, and growth decisions
  • Teams overwhelmed by competing priorities and unclear ownership

The pattern wasn't a strategy problem...it was overwhelm. So instead of adding to the list, I built a method for narrowing it.
